Apply & Care
Before you even look at the new false eyelashes you just bought, you need to curl your natural ones. You want to put your eyelashes between the clamps of the eyelash curler, if you feel a pinch you're too close to your eyelid, close the clamp on your eyelashes and hold. After a few seconds, open the clamps and behold your now curled eyelashes!
Applying Mascara
Now that your natural lashes are curled, you're going to apply a light layer of mascara to them. This should be about two coats. This is done to help your natural lashes blend in with your false lashes when you apply them.
Lash Glue
Now it's finally time to take out those gorgeous false lashes. You're going to take the glue applicator that came with your lashes or whatever lash glue brand you own. If your glue applicator is dripping, you've got too much glue and need to put some back into the tube. Next, apply the glue to your false lash making sure you add just enough to cover the false lash line. More is less in this scenario unless you want a sticky eye.
Blow
You don't want to apply your false lashes while the glue is still wet, the tackier it is the better. To speed up this drying process, you can lightly blow on your lashes for about 20-30 seconds. This is a key step to a flawless eyelash application so don't be afraid to blow on them longer if you need to.
Careful Application
For this step, you can use tweezers, our eyelash applicator, or your hands. Beginners should probably use an eyelash applicator but whatever works for you. No matter what method you decide to use, be careful and take things slow. You want to line up your false lash with your natural lash line so your natural eyelashes integrate perfectly with the false ones. Place the false eyelashes on your lash line gently, adjust them as you see fit, and then lightly press down on the part of the false lash that meets your natural lash line.
